Haila Maria Mompie Gonzalez. She is an artist currently cataloged as one of the great Cuban performers, a faithful exponent of Son, a musical genre created in Cuba and recognized throughout the world.
In September 1994 she joins the musical aesthetic project Bamboleo, there she stands out for her excellent vocal qualities, high level of improvisation and it is where she reveals herself as one of the most important soneras of her generation.
In 2001, after returning from a tour of Europe, Haila decided to undertake a new stage in her artistic career, debuting as a soloist. Since then she has launched several record productions that have positioned her inside and outside the island.
