At the early age of 11, Pascual Cabrejas decided that he would dedicate his life to making music. He attended the elementary level at the Guantánamo School of Popular Music and later specialized in Music Education at the University of Havana. After integrating several groups in the mid-90s, his work as a composer began to gain strength, delivering compositions to outstanding Cuban orchestras of the moment, such as the Charanga Habanera.
That's how little by little he began to decide to form his own project. On December 29, 1997, Pascual Cabrejas and his Tumbao Habana was born, an orchestra that from its beginnings became popular.
