William Robles. Young and prominent Cuban violinist, graduated from the Higher Institute of Art. He is a musician who breaks into Cuba in a relevant way with the violin in Latin Jazz, although he is capable of performing any type of music, including concert music. Upon finishing his studies at the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory in Havana City, he created his own musical group with which he participated in the latest Jazz festivals held in the Cuban capital. He has participated in 3 international Jojazz as a guest, in the Trinidad and Tobago Jazz Festival and in Ecuador. He has been part of important bands and has also accompanied stellar national and foreign artists. In January 2011 he appeared with his trio in a concert that took place in the Theater Hall of the National Museum of Fine Arts in Havana.

William is accompanied by excellent musicians, who make up a trio (bass, guitar and drums). The leader of the group can play lead, and frontman, but not with guitar but with violin. This virtuoso of the National Orchestra of Cuba, playing solo and accompanied, visits a diversity of genres and uses the violin at times as lead guitar. From a bolero he can go straight to the music and progressive jazz style of Jean-Luc-Ponty. The William Roblejo Trio participated in the inauguration of the International Jazz Plaza Festival 2011 among many other activities in Cuba and abroad.

Winner of the 1st Prize of the Young Jazz Players Contest, Jojazz, 2010, Interpretation Contest. Minor category. 1st Prize for Cuerda Viva in 2011 and nominated for Cubadisco 2013.
